Mrs. Susan Akantunga

Ms. Susan Akantunga is the Human Resource Manager heading a Department of Human Resource Management whose role is to offer a supportive role with the main objective of attracting; developing and retaining competent and motivated human resources to enable UNBS achieve its objectives.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) and Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) degrees from Makerere University. She has taken other training programmes in people management, leadership, procurement, Ethics and Integrity, Team work and Team building. She is a member of Human Resource Manager’s Association of Uganda.
Before joining UNBS, She worked for 10 years in Human Resource Management in both public and private institutions where she held various positions in Human Resource Management.
